TUC Holding Series of Town Hall Meetings on We Demand Better Campaign

The Trades Union Congress (TUC) are holding a series of meetings as part of their autumn of Action at Town Halls across Wales and England.

The TUC are launching an autumn of action as a part of their We Demand Better campaign, stating:

“Working people have had enough. Everything’s going up but our wages. It’s time for a new deal for working people – real help with energy bills – and a pay rise. Let’s tell this government: we demand better.”

The town hall meetings across England and Wales will be a chance to find out more.

Current planned meetings include:

  • Lancaster, 14 September
  • Manchester, 20 September
  • Corby, 5 October
  • Bristol, 5 October
  • Swansea, 10 October
  • Truro, 10 October
  • Chatham, 12 October
  • Middlesborough, 15 October
  • Ipswitch, 20 October
  • London, 22 October
