TUC to Hold Event on Preventing Sexual Harassment for Workplace Reps

The TUC will be launching a new resource toolkit for reps around preventing sexual harassment in the workplace, on Monday 13 December at 2:00 pm.

Join Nikki Pound, TUC Women’s Officer, who will introduce the toolkit which provides guidance on how to develop preventative strategies to end sexual harassment at work. 

The event will also be joined by Alison Henderson, Policy and Research Manager at the Fawcett Society, who will share findings from the charity’s recent report around tackling sexual harassment in the workplace.

Ending gender based violence is a key priority for trade unions. Please sign up to this important webinar today.

The toolkit includes an implementation framework, example anonymous worker survey, example checklist/risk assessment and an example model policy. These materials will be available via the TU Education website.
