Creative Scotland’s Youth Arts Training and Workshops fund has been designed to support practitioners and organisations working in formal and informal settings to build skills and knowledge over the Covid-19 recovery period. The events will be free and open to anyone working in the Scottish Youth Arts sector.

All events in this online training programme are free to attend and open to individuals and organisations working within the Scottish Youth Arts Sector.

The programme is funded by the Scottish Government’s Youth Arts Fund through Creative Scotland with support from Youth Music Initiative and Time to Shine. The Youth Arts Fund ensures high-quality creative opportunities for children and young people continue to exist across Scotland despite the Covid-19 pandemic.

Events running include

  • 15 July – An Introduction to Trauma
  • 2 August – UNCRC: Participation and Engagement
  • 17 August – Creating Inclusive Settings: Engaging Neurodivergent Children & Young People.
