Following on from the Neurotribes Conference in January 2021, which brought together promoters, ensembles and composers on the autism spectrum, Sound have launched What we need to thrive, a document which aims to improve collaboration with neurodivergent composers.

The guidance written by MU member and composer Ben Lunn with the team at sound contains information on the day-to-day challenges facing neurodivergent composers and practical steps ensembles and promoters can take to enable greater inclusion and facilitate effective and supportive working relationships.
