From me to You (#FM2U) is the only music conference specifically created by and for independent musicians. Celebrating music makers and innovators in the new music industry, FM2U acts as a platform for artists to share experiences, contacts and ideas. The event will feature four artist-led panel debates with topics pertinent to musicians building sustainable careers for themselves, as well as networking opportunities and Q&As with inspirational artists.

Speakers for FM2U Glasgow include artists such as award winning artist entrepreneur ShaoDow, Blur's Dave Rowntree, independent artists Emily Kelly (Jellyman's Daughter) and Rosie Bans, as well as representatives from numerous music companies and organisations such as Kingdom Management, Emubands, Record Play, Rightsbridge, the Featured Artist Coalition, PPL and many more.

Artist and creator of FM2U, Roxanne de Bastion, says:

“The decentralisation of the industry has allowed for new models to emerge and for pro-active musicians and their supporters to create and stay in charge of their careers – it's a really exciting time to be a musician!”

Lucy Bampton, Head of Creative Programme, says:

“Here at Help Musicians we know how important it is for music creators to retain their independence, collaborate and build networks with like-minded peers, and  access industry expertise regularly. From Me To You offers all this, and more, and we’re delighted to support it in London and Glasgow in 2019”.
