Big Sing initiative

In October, singer/songwriter Melissa James organised an event in the Houses of Parliament to highlight the mental health ‘Big Sing’ initiative, SING4SANE.

The event was supported by Helen Whately MP (Chair, All-Party Parliamentary Group on Mental Health) and Luciana Berger MP (Vice-Chair, All-Party Parliamentary Group on Music).

A panel discussion on the night featured former Mental Health APPG Chair, James Morris MP, which was followed by the industry and charity representatives in attendance being invited to join a Big Sing performance of Melissa’s, Live Again.

The dedicated Live Again video can be watched on YouTube.

The single can be purchased as a download via iTunes, GooglePlay, Amazon and all main online music retailers.

All sale proceeds go to the SANE mental health charity.

More information on the release and the SING4SANE initiative can be found on the Melissa James website.
