Members Encouraged to Take Part in UK Music’s Diversity Survey

UK Music recently launched its annual survey into diversity in the music industry – working to ensure that the music workforce reflects the diversity of its fans.

This will be UK Music’s third annual survey, and the Musicians’ Union (MU) urges its members to take part so that they can produce the most accurate results possible.

The data gathered will drive UK Music’s work to improve representation across all levels of the industry.

To measure progress and identify areas that need improvement, it’s vital that as many people as possible from the music business play a part.

Take the survey now

The survey results will be published later in the year, measured against data that was collected in 2016.

Change does not happen overnight, but the goal is to keep the pressure up and create long-term sustainable transformation to make our industry more inclusive.

Please encourage your friends, colleagues, and anyone else you know in the industry to take part too.
