Anyone can listen to the podcast, browse previous episodes, and subscribe for free on Apple Music.

Previous episodes have covered topics such as stage fright, hearing health and mental health in music. Each podcast features the voices of relevant experts and artists, and signposts to relevant areas for further support.

Elevate Music Podcast was launched on 15 July 2019, with the aim of educating and informing musicians about the common wellbeing and health issues they may face, whilst equipping them with the tools they need to manage and prevent problems when developing their careers.

The project is the brainchild of industry researcher and CEO of Elevate Music, Lucy Heyman, who also presents the podcast. The podcast was created out of the findings of Heyman's PhD research on this subject at the Royal College of Music.
