The next steps are likely to be:

  • It should be noted that there may not be any significant assets which could be distributed, or none remaining once staff and so on have been accounted for and, if this is the case, the Official Receiver’s office will not usually ask artists and others to submit information (as there would be no assets available to disburse to the). We would ask that if you are contacted by the Official Receiver, please could you notify us of this via your Regional Office.
  • The Official Receiver’s office will start a due diligence exercise where they will check for the value of any remaining assets, lists of creditors (those to whom money is owed) and so on.
  • If there are any assets available for distribution to creditors, they will be contacted by the Official Receiver for information about how much is owed, which can then be checked against Pledge’s records.  All those owed money who are on Pledge’s records should be contacted but if anyone believes they are owed money by Pledge but are unlikely to appear in Pledge’s records for some reason, they can contact the Official Receiver - LondonB.OR@insolvency.gov.uk quoting reference LQD5671373
