Use this course to help with the anxiety or stress you may be experiencing, and also to gain a clear understanding of what meditation actually is, how it works and why it is so helpful.

There will be a scientific approach as well as experiential. The series is also the perfect lead in to learning an ancient meditation practice, should you wish to continue.

Why meditation could be helpful

Some of the issues the series will address: 

  • Not being able to sleep
  • Fear, anxiousness and panic
  • Worrying about finances and work
  • Intense emotions
  • Fear of the future
  • Am I making the right decisions?
  • Feelings of inadequacy

All of these are very common reasons for stress in the life of a musician, and now with this very unusual set of circumstances brought on by the pandemic, they can feel even more intense than before.
