Agreements between City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra (CBSO) and the Musicians' Union (MU) for employed and self-employed orchestral musicians.

Rates of pay for freelance players effective from 1 June 2023

Basic Concert Fee (includes up to 80 miles travel in one day).

A concert of up to three hours in length with a rehearsal of up to three hours in length on the same day.
